Emergencies happen.<\/strong>\u00a0 Should you have an emergency when our office is not open, there are several facilities in our area that are open 24\/7.\u00a0 You do not need a referral from us, and can go at any time of the day or night.\u00a0 They will send us a detailed report about the nature of your visit, and any results of testing that were done.<\/span><\/p>\n

Emergencies may include: (but are not limited to): collapse\/seizures, trauma (hit-by-car, falls, etc), allergic reactions, overheating (“heat stroke”), repeated vomiting\/retching, pain, confusion, weakness, shortness of breath, poison\/medication ingestion or inability to stand\/move.<\/em>\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n

If you are unsure if your pet is able or not, it is better to be safe and have them evaluated.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n
